Cancellation Policy:

Lash Extensions:

We ask that you please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or you may be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price of your appointment.  If you are able to reschedule within the same week of your original appointment, you may be credited up to 50% of the cancellation fee. If your card declines, an attempt to run the card will be made for up to 7 days, and if it does not go through you will be prevented from scheduling future payments until the balance is paid. 

Permanent Makeup:
For all permanent makeup appointments, we ask that you please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  If you are unable to do so, the $100 appointment deposit that would originally go towards your appointment fee, will instead be kept and will not be able to be used towards any future appointments.  To request a new appointment, a new $100 deposit will need to be made, and same terms will apply.

As a courtesy, a reminder is sent via text 48 hours in advance, as well as an informational reminder text 24 hours in advance.

For your convenience, you can cancel/reschedule your appointment via Vagaro.  Any cancellations or reschedule requests sent via text or email will be subject to the same cancellation policies.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I can not guarantee a complete set by the end of the appointment.  However, I am still happy to see you and complete as much as I can.  The appointment will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled client and the full appointment charge will still apply.

Any fills scheduled after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.  Although your lash retention may still appear good, it is still necessary to remove any outgrown lash extensions and replace them with new extensions in a timely manner to protect the integrity of your natural lash.  The quality of my work and the health of your natural lashes are my main focus, after-all!

Permanent Makeup:
Due to the appointment process for permanent makeup, if you arrive more than 10 minutes for your appointment, it is likely I will be unable to see you.  The allocated scheduled time allows for me, as tattoo artist, to take my time and respect the tattooing process.  Out of respect for you as the client & the results of your service, this service is not something I am willing to rush through.  I am confident that we have a genuine understanding on this policy!

In the event this occurs, we reserve the right to keep the $100 appointment deposit, and will not be able to apply it towards any future appointments.
